Our certified organic marinated olives are hand-picked across our 320 acre, certified organic farm in Margaret River and feature our Manzanillo and Kalamata olive varieties.
Naturally brined in curing salt for up to twelve months, the olives are then marinated in Olio Bello organic olive oil, chilli, garlic and herbs.
